How to Make Sprouted Slices

Mash your cauliflower using a potato masher. Cut the cauliflower pieces in half and put the halves side by side in a food processor or blender. Add any additional ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle with more oil if desired. Serve hot topped with a nice cilantro sprig.

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 medium carrot, washed and chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

8 oz sprouted slices of your choice (I used Cauliflower Cauliflower.com, but any good stuff will do.)

2 cups canola oil

1 can full-fat milk (regular soy is fine)

2 TBSP butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup minced parsley

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp black pepper Instructions Heat your oil in a medium-size nonstick skillet over me바카라dium heat. Add your onion and saute until the onion turns golden and the onion begins to turn golden brown. Add your carrot and saute another minute or so longer, then add your pepper and saute until the veggies begin to cook and the carrots begin to break down. Add your cauliflower and continue to saute, stirringapronx occasionally, until the veggies are done and the cauliflower is translucent and soft, about 5 minutes. If you find the potatoes a little bit greasy, you can add a little more oil and heat until the potatoes get crispy and caramelized. Taste, then add more olive oil if necessary. Season with salt, and let it cook another 20-30 seconds. In a바카라 medium-size bowl, stir together your butter, garlic, parsley and salt, then stir to combine. Add your cauliflower, then mix in your extra 1/4 cup oil. Transfer your sprouted cucumber slices to a plate. Divide the sprouted cucumber strips into 4 equal pieces (I split mine into 4 pieces so I had them in all 4 of my bowls), and add the remaining 1/4 cup oil and the chopped cilantro sprig. Spread your 2/3 cup oil evenly on top. Top with the remaining sprouted cucumber, then the remaining 1/4 cup oil. Bake until golden brown, about 35-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and add any toppings you’d like. Serve hot. Enjoy!
